Lumen Keep

Lumen Keep hands you beams of light and a set of mirrors, then asks you to illuminate crystals scattered across increasingly clever rooms. It sounds simple, and early on it is, but the later chapters introduce colored light and moving prisms that really test your planning.

Between puzzle sets, fragments of a wordless story play out through the architecture itself, and it's surprisingly moving. The whole thing has a calm, meditative mood that suits short sessions on a commute.

Hints are available without feeling like a crutch, which we appreciated. It's a smart puzzle game that trusts you to think.
