Harbor Tales

Harbor Tales is a gentle simulation about taking over a run-down fishing town and slowly bringing it back to life. You repair buildings, manage small deliveries, and get to know a cast of characters with their own little storylines.

There's no real failure state, which is the point. It's a game you tend to rather than conquer, and the day-to-day loop of tidying, upgrading and chatting is quietly satisfying. The art is warm and the music is the kind you leave on in the background.

Progression can feel slow if you want constant goals, but as a wind-down game it does exactly what it sets out to do.
